Uma boasts an impressive track record of three decades in legal practice combined with half a century as an estate surveyor and valuer, within which time he has been actively involved in major government acquisition, compensation, and development projects across Nigeria. As a lawyer and estate surveyor strategically positioned between real estate, public procurement, and the law, Uma leverages his deep industry knowledge to provide expert legal counsel to individual, corporate, and public clients.

Known for his client-centred approach and meticulous attention to detail, Uma is dedicated to achieving effective outcomes that protect clients' interests and ensure long-term relationships.

With almost a decade's experience in contract negotiation, drafting, review & management, business development, transactional due diligence, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution, David leverages his wealth of experience to help creatives, startups, and professionals to navigate the complex landscapes of corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and real estate law.

Alongside his legal practice, his experience as a freelance writer, editor, and proofreader has enabled him to refine his keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, allowing him to identify belligerent contract terms and clearly and precisely communicate complex legal terms in simple language.
